Bir Tikendrajit University (BTU) is one of the leading universities in the country with its location in Imphal, Manipur. Bir Tikendrajit University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. In order to seek admission in the undergraduate programs, the students must pass 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board or university securing minimum 50% marks. Some programs may have extra requirement.
2. In case of postgraduate programs, the admission is done for those students who have completed their graduation with minimum 50% aggregate marks in the relevant bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. There may be qualifying exams for certain programs like MBA.
3. The admission requirement for a doctoral program is a postgraduate degree with minimum 55% marks and entrance test and interview from the university.
4. International students shall be required to have recognized qualification as per eligibility criteria for Indian students and scores in English Proficiency Test.
5. The reserved category students can claim relaxation in the cut-off percentage as per government policies but other requirements must be met.
