The CUHP campus is situated at Kangra and this university provides general and professional Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in science arts commerce education and law streams. The eligibility criteria are different not only for departments but also for individual grades. For B.Sc programs such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, the applicant must have passed 12th with 50% in the subjects related to the course. For BA programs like Economics, History, English, one needs to have passed class 12th in any group with at least 50% marks. To be eligible for B.Com program, student needs to secure 50% marks in 12th with commerce stream. CBSE, ICSE etc are accepted qualifying examinations for admissions For M.Sc, MA, M.Com etc students require 55% marks in their respective Bachelors degree. The CUHP also has integrated courses such as 5-year BA LLB which is 12 pass and B. Ed which is a 50% score in graduation.

- The entrance test comprises of a total of 100 multiple type questions that are designed to test the candidate on verbal ability, quantitative ability, data interpretation & data sufficiency, general awareness, and analytical/logical reasoning skills.
- It is important to note that only candidates who had scored a minimum of 30 percent in the entrance test will proceed to the next level. A relaxation of 5% in the prescribed percentage of marks is allowed to SC/ST category candidates.
- The candidates, who find themselves in the shortlist, are required to sit for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds held at the Department of Management Studies, CUHP.
- The final merit list will depend on the calculation of CUHPET (70%), Group Discussion (10%) & Personal Interview (20%).
- Actually the seats are given on merit basis and strictly as per rule of eligibility criteria /reservation policy of GoI & state Government.
1. In the case of self-financing, check the university’s site or the advertisement on the notice board for the notice on MBA admission. It normally appears in mid March- April.
