This university also offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in law under its different departments. Majority of the undergraduate law courses are offered in the form of integrated five year programs and the specifics of the program are detailed below; Entrance Requirement: The candidate must pass 12th or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Candidates also have to pass the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) also, to gain admission as students. There are also BBALLB and LLM degree specializations in areas that include Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Tax Law, and Criminal Law.
It has the 5-year integrated courses of BA LLB and BBA LLB and postgraduate course of LLM and doctoral programme in law Ph.D The university has the streams of Corporate Law, Tax Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law. Generally, the CLAT exam come in the month of May every year. The admission process is as follows: the candidate has to clear the CLAT examination, register through online mode, attend the counseling session on the basis of CLAT rank and get the final seat list.
1. Applications are only accepted online either through the university’s website or through any CLAT national level website.
2. In addition, before filling in the application form, the students need to sign up on the website where they have to create an account with a username and password.
3. The application fee payment is also done online mode through net banking, Credit card, Debit card and UPI.
4. All the applicants are required to upload scanned attachments such as photographs, signatures, grade sheets through web interface in prescribed format.
5. The admission procedure in the university requires the candidate to appear in CLAT examination and qualitative assessment through marks obtained in the qualifying examination in addition to group discussion /personality interview.
Documents Required for Admission in MPDNLU Jabalpur for Different Courses:
1. Applications are done in MAY, test taken are in June while the results are released in July.
2. U.G admission is conducted based on CLAT score, but for the P.G course there is a different test that is held.
3. The total and UG seats is 180 & PG seats is 140 across the various programs.
4. Intake as per government guidelines and few seats are reserved for international and NRI students.

1. Common law one-year full time LLM program imparted at Madhya Pradesh Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University in Jabalpur campus.
2. Pre-requisites include being a holder of an LLB degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university for candidates in the general category.
3. There will be 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms for the last three years.
4. It has been made clear that admission into the LLM programme is done based on the performance of the candidates in the MPDNLU LLM entrance test which is conducted yearly.
5. Application form is duly available in the month of May, written examination takes place in June and the result is declared in July for the session commencing in August.
6. The total intake capacity is 60 seats, and the college offers specializations in different fields which includes Business Law, Constitutional Law.
