Dr. C.V. Raman University, Khandwa provides numerous courses in science, commerce, arts, engineering, pharmacy at Undergraduate and postgraduate levels and the minimum requirements for admission. To be eligible for B.Tech, one must have to clear their 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and must have secured aggregate of 50%. Some of the accepted exams include JEE Main, GATE, MHCET or any other government recognized exams.
The university provides the facility of various courses in B.Tech, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com, B.Pharm, MBBS, BDS, MBA, and MCA. While applying for admission, a candidate can apply online but the candidate can also visit the campus for the same. The application forms are released in May while sessions commence in August/September. Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Identification Documents: All candidates are required to attach self-attested copy of any one of the following documents: Aadhaar card, driving license, or passport that contains date of birth and address proof.
2. 10th Standard Marksheet: Original document: produce the marksheet of the qualifying examination of 10th standard with the list of subjects studied and marks secured.
3. 12th Standard Marksheet: Enclose the marksheet of the qualifying examination of 12th standard with the details of the subjects that were studied and the marks secured by the candidate.
4. Graduation Degree & Marksheets (if applicable): For postgraduate programs, provide graduation degree certificates along with the consolidated marksheet showing the subjects undertaken and the grades/percentages obtained .
5. Reservation Certificate (if applicable): Candidates applying under the sponsored reserved category must enclose caste/category certificates from the competent government authority.
6. Other Documents: Any other documents like transfer certificate, migration certificate etc. required for the program you are seeking admission into as mentioned below.

5. This application number will be required for future reference and the completed application form is required to be downloaded and printed.

3. Visit the official website of BCA and enter the BCA application form by providing personal details academic details, contact details.

5. Online payment of application fee is also possible through various payment method options.
