The admission shows for BAMS (Bachelor Ayurvedic of Medicine & Surgery) is 12th passed from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects. In terms of admission, different courses are available through the following options such as AIAPGET, NEET & JET. Other courses such as the BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology take students who offered 12th in science. Its admission process is via university entrance test. BSc in Operation Theater Technology program is offered to students who have passed their 12th examination in any subject group with a minimum of 50% marks. University entrance exam is the only channel through which one can gain admission to the school. The admission process on the website is the candidate has to first register him or herself on the portal with the details like name, address, etc. As part of the admission process, the candidates have to complete and submit the application form and attach relevant documents which are required as per the admission criteria. The application fee payment is also done online only.

CBSE, CISCE, RBSE, etc. exams cleared students can apply the given notification. Faculty of Homoeopathy also has similar eligibility BHMS Homoeopathy programme for the candidate who have passed 12th science with 50% marks. NEET is also accepted for the BAMS and BHMS courses among others for entrance examinations. The eligibility criteria for entry into DPharm and BPharm programs under Faculty of Pharmacy is 12th science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths. This is because other exams such as RBSE, CBSE, ICSE, and many other equivalent scores are valid. The BOT Ayurveda, BSc Nursing and GNM Nursing programs require 12th pass in PCB/PCM group with minimum 45-50% aggregate marks.
UG courses that were offered in 2024 in different streams are BAMS(Ayurvedacharya), BHMS (Homoeopathy), BNYS(Naturopathy & Yogic Science), BSc Nursing BOT (Ayurveda), BPharma, DPharma (Pharmacy), BUMS(Unani), BASLP(Audial & Speech etc.)
The Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University (SRRAU) in Jodhpur offers the PhD programs in the departments of Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya shalya Tantra Prasuti & Striroga, Kaumarbhritya Tantra, Agad Tantra, Rasa Shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, Panchkarma, As for a PhD admission, there are these requirements candidate must possess a master’s degree in a specific area of specialization from a recognized university or institution attaining minimum 55% marks in aggregate; and the candidate must pass in the Pre-PhD entrance examination. Admitted qualifying examinations include Pre-Ph.D examination of SRRAU, U.G.C. NET, JRF, SLET, GATE and others.
