The Faculty of Legal Sciences, Shoolini University Ranked among one of the top Law Schools in India. It was established in the year 2009 and it has the courses of BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB and LLM. It is affirmed by the Bar Council of India and acknowledged by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Shoolini University has provided NAAC accreditation with Grade A and the university is ranked in the band of 101-150 in the NIRF Rankings 2023 of the universities in India.
Faculty of Law provides five year integrated programs in law such as B.A.LL.B (Hons), B.B.A LL.B (Hons) & B.Com LL.B (Hons) and one year L.L.M program. The admission process commonly starts in April of every year. The national level AILET exam is held in May-June; thereafter, the seat matrix is allotted to the candidates through counselling based on merit, preference and availability for various programmes. End-term examinations are conducted with six months’ interval and students of the 2024 batch are expected to write end-term exams of the first year in November 2024 and second semester in May 2025.

Faculty of Legal Sciences, Shoolini University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. BA LLB program admission criteria are 10+2 passed candidates from any stream from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Age limit is 20 years but the candidates belonging to the reserved category can apply up to 5 years beyond the age of 20 years. \
2. The basic eligibility criteria for BBA LLB program student is 10+2 passed in any stream from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. No age limit.
3. LLB program expects the graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. No age limit.
4. It is mandatory for students to have LLB degree from any recognized university with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate. No age limit.
5. For admission to PhD in Law, the candidate must have completed LLM degree with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have passed NET/SLET examinations. No age limit.
6. Diploma programs are available for pass candidates of 10+2 examination and minimum 50% marks in aggregate. As per the norms, the maximum age limit is 20 years with 5 years relaxation.
