Graphic Era Hill University Bhimtal Campus in Bhimtal is one of the leading educational institution offering number of courses in the streams of engineering, management, commerce, computer application, hotel management, design and many more. The admission criteria is dependent on the course – for instance, for the BTech, students must have passed their 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as compulsory subjects with at least 50% marks and have valid UET, MJP Rohilkhand, KGMU, JEE (Mains), UPTU, UKSEE. For MBA students, any graduate with at least 50% marks can apply and requires BBA and BCA only require the candidate to pass class XII whereas for B.Des and BHMCT the candidate has to pass class XII with 50% marks and has also take entrance test.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Voters ID card, PAN card, passport, any government issued photo id proof, 10th standard passing certificate as an age proof identification.
2. For eligibility declarations for the 12th marksheet and passing certificate.
3. Transfer certificate from the previous school /college/ institute.
4. Character certificate from previous institution or college.
5. If the applicant is applying under reserved quota then ‘category certificates’
6. 4 passport size photographs and 2 sets of other photographs as well as 2 copies of the completed application form.

1. You can apply online as well as offline with class 12th mark sheet, jee score card and documents required for admission.
2. After eligibility, pay the admission fee and ensure admission after checking on the documents provided.
3. Go for counseling for the purpose of being considered for a seat depending on the performance.
4. Choose a branch and pay the semester fees to be admitted into the programme.
5. To register the students they must produce the original documents and after the physical assessment they can be enrolled.
6. Starting week 1, register for the orientation program and start taking classes.
