Gurukul Vidyapeeth Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. Candidates should have a 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board and they should have scored not less than 50% aggregate marks.
2. For admission to first year BTech programme, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects.
3. In case of other undergraduate courses, the candidates should have had passed 10+2 level examination in the respective stream from a recognized board.
4. There is a provision of 5% reservation in minimum aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.
5. The final result of 10+2 examination must have been passed in the current year or the previous year only, however, candidates awaiting their 10+2 result can also apply, on a provisional basis, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down by the Institute at the time of admission.
6. The process of admission is based on the candidate’s 10+2 examination results and then a counseling process is organized for allotment of seats. All reservation policy of Indian government is followed.
Gurukul Vidyapeeth Placements 2024
Gurukul Vidyapeeth as an institution is very selective in its placement policy and has been placing over 90% of the students every year. Some of the well-known recruiters who hire candidates through off-campus placement are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, and Accenture. The maximum placement started last year with Rs. 18 lakh per annum package offered by Microsoft. The pay scale offered by the organization varies from Rs. 5, 000 – 6, 000 monthly and therefore per annum the scale would be around Rs. 5-6 lakh. Most of the students are directly placed in the IT service companies and some of them choose core engineering companies while others go for higher studies. Another benefit is that the placement cell is very supportive and offers training in making the students employment ready.
