ICFAI University, Sikkim Gangtok is one of the private universities in the hill station of Gangtok, in the Indian state of Sikkim. It provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs according to different faculties such as management science, law, science and technology and other faculties. The requirements for eligibility does differ somewhat from one departments and courses to another.
The minimum eligibility requirement for BBA is 50% marks in 12th standard without any passing subject being less than 35%. Those candidates are eligible who have passed examinations such as CBSE, ISC or any other state board etc. Admission requirements for B.Tech programs such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc. mean that a student must have passed their 12th Science with Physics, Chemistry and Maths and have obtained 50% marks. Entrance tests such as JEE Main are considered in the admission process of engineering courses. The MBA program is open to any discipline graduate who has scored 50% and above in their first degree examinations and other relevant entrance tests such as CAT and MAT. To pursue LLB, the graduates should have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their respective bachelor’s degree. The BBA LLB composite program accepts students through marks obtained in the 12th standard examination for those below 20 years of age.
