IIM Rohtak provides many PG Diploma courses across various categories such as Finance, IT & Systems, Marketing, Operations, HR, General Management, and more. The key eligibility criteria differ across departments – for finance applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with 50% mark and valid CAT/ GMAT scores for finance while for marketing, applicants must be a graduate with 50% mark and valid CAT scores, for Operations and IT & Systems applicants must have 50% marks in graduation and valid CAT/ GMAT scores. All courses are advertised to accept CAT, GMAT scores for admissions. Some of the programs that are most sought after are PGPM- general management that takes CAT score, PGDHRM that requires CAT or GMAT scores, PGDM Finance that is offered through CAT /XAT scores, PGDM Marketing that is done through the CAT exam. There are also, the executive and fellowship programs with different set of standards regarding the eligibility and entrance tests.
The complete procedure for obtaining admission into one of the best management schools in India, specifically the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak, is an online and offline affair. Aspirants have to register themselves through online mode for the first stage of registration process by logging on to the official website of IIM Rohtak iimrohtak.ac.in. It involves providing personal information, academic achievements, employment history, and submitting online, the application fees. Candidates are then expected to write the Common Admission Test (CAT) either online or at any of the designated centers among those listed down. Bench marking the minimum cat score cutoff is mandatory for all the students.

The minimum requirement for most undergraduate courses is passing of ’10+2’ examinations with at least 60% marks in aggregate. Subjects accepted include all recognised courses CBSE, ICSE, IB and various state boards. For BBA program entrance tests CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA and CMAT are conducted. For B.Tech Computer Science as the entrance exam JEE Main score is considered. Admission to BSc Economics is done based on DUET, SET, NET scores etc., Minimum marks required for each category and program also differs.

IIM Rohtak offers PGPM which is a 2 years full time residential program for Post Graduate Diploma for Management across various specializations which includes Marketing, Finance, operation, Information Technology & Systems, Human Resource etc. The basic criteria mandatory to apply for PGPM is that candidate needs to be graduate with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA along with valid CAT/GMAT score. CAT scores are accepted for all fields of study while GMAT scores are considered in few fields of specialization such as Finance and IT & Systems. They also must have adequate full time work experience, based on the chosen PGPM specialization which ranges from 18 months to 36 months after passing the relevant examination. Some of the competitive and famous PGPM courses that students pursue are the PGPM in Business Analytics, marketing, HR and so on The candidate needs to have a CAT percentile above 80 to 85 to get interview calls from admission committee at IIM Rohtak.
