The IIM Sirmaur is a well-known management school of India that provides postgraduate diploma programs in various fields of management like Finance, Marketing, Operation, HR, IT & Systems, Economics. but the criterions of eligibility may differ in different departments. For candidates applying for the Finance department, the requirement includes a minimum 50% in your bachelor’s degree along with a valid CAT/GMAT/GRE score. Marketing, HR & Operations professionals aspiring to join the organization can be any graduate with minimum 50% aggregate marks and valid CAT score. The admission requirements for IIM Sirmaur include CAT scores and other standardized tests such as GMAT and GRE scores.
Post Graduation diploma courses include Management, Business administration, Human resource management, Operation management, IT and systems management, Marketing management, Financial management, Economics. The criteria include qualifying in the accepted tests, registration through the website, selection of candidates for the Personal Interview rounds and gainful admission before the batch begins in June 2024, after passing all the elimination phases.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Photo identification - Aadhaar card/ PAN card/ driving licence/ passport with name/ date of birth/ address.
2. As required by the client, the applicant has submitted 10th standard mark sheet and passing certificate showing date of birth and the subjects they have studied at that time.
3. Mark sheet and Passing certificate of 12th standard showing subjects they have studied and the marks they have secured in those subjects.
4. Degree certificate of the course pursued and the statement of marks of all the semesters with the name of the subject and marks secured by the candidate.
5. Employment references from previous employers indicating the time spent and type of job held.
6. Copy of any entrance exam score card which has been taken for admission in MBA such as CAT/GMAT showing the test date, the marks secured by the candidate and the sectional marks and percentile.
1. This means that one has to fill an application form either online or offline for UG and PG programs such as BBA, MBA, BCom, MCom before a certain date that is notified.
2. Take any national / state level entrance exam for MBA – CAT / MAT, CMAT for MCom or IIM Sirmaur University test for UG courses.
3. Candidates who make it out from the entrance score lists are usually invited to other admission processes such as Group Discussion, Personal Interview, WAT.
4. The merit list is prepared by rationalizing candidate’s academic performance, score obtained in entrance test and performance in admission round.
5. The final selected candidates also go through the admission process by providing some documents and making payments.
6. It starts with the induction and orientation program and then in accordance with the academic calendar as soon as all admission procedures are finalised.
1. Sit for the CAT/GMAT and ensure you get an equally good or better score as the minimum requirement expected of any applicant to IIM Sirmaur.

3. The candidates who qualify for the next rounds are Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview.

6. The last round of admission offers are made during May/June as per the candidate’s composite score that includes CAT score; first year academic performance; work experience; group discussion and personal interview.
7. After being offered a place you should fulfill admission requirements such as fees payments, submission of documents and enroll in the program as directed.

1. Check the eligibility – Applicant must have a master’s degree or any equivalent qualification in any discipline with minimum marks of 55%.
2. Written test and interview required – Candidates who are selected to continue from their academic performance must sit for a written test and then an interview.
3. Performed after the interview - This means that candidates who pass the interview and the written test are offered provisional admission.
4. Documents – Successful candidates must provide all documents that include certificates of the acquired qualifying degree, transcripts, work experience letters.
5. Receive final admission – After document checking and verification, candidates are given final admission to the full time residential Ph.D programme.
6. This is the last step whereby candidates are supposed to deposit the fees for admission and other related essentials like deposits to secure their admission and to register for the program as per programmed dates.
