Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) Mumbai is one of leading institutes in India for education in chemical engineering and technology. It was established in 1933 as the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT) and has the unique honour of being the first Indian institute to be awarded the status of an Institute of National Importance by the MHRD, Government of India. Institute of Chemical Technology Eligibility Criteria 2024
1. The candidates for the B.Sc honors course in mathematics have taken class 10+2 with physics, chemistry, maths, and English as the mandatory subjects and at least 60% aggregates as the minimum marks.
2. Similarly, for BTech programs, students must have accomplished well in national/state level exams such as JEE Main, MHT CET, or SAT subject tests for considered in regard to admission.
3. Applicant who is applying to MTech and PhD programs must have a degree in relevant specialization obtained from a recognized university. Grade should be a minimum of 55% aggregate.
4. The entrance to the BPharm program is competitive and demanding. Having 10+2 with at least 50% marks in PCM/PCB subjects and passing the exam is required.
5. To apply for the direct entry to second-year engineering programs, diploma holders have to have at least 60% aggregate marks in their final diploma examinations.
6. Enrolled candidates from reserved categories might have relaxations in cut off percent parameters that are based on government standards, but they do have to meet all the other requirements.

Institute of Chemical Technology Admission Process 2024
1. Students can apply online or offline by filling in the application form with your personal details such as name, phone number, class effort and programs of choice before the deadline.
2. Please ensure to take the institute's entrance examination as per the given schedule in case you have been selected for the particular program. Students must appear in the MAH-CET to be part of BTech program.
3. After merit list has been announced, check there to find admission status. If selected, do attend counselling round. Counselling, on the other hand, includes checking up on documents.
