J.S. University Shikohabad provides different courses for the students like Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in different fields of such as science, commerce, arts, engineering, education, law and many more. Popular courses include B.Sc. in field of studies such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science and Botany as well as the students should have 50% aggregate in twelfth (PCM/PCB) and the entrance exams such as UPSEE, JEE Main, etc are accepted B.Com courses accepts twelfth pass in any stream including Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. The entrance tests acknowledged are UPSEE while the other student intake method is based on 12th scores. A Bachelor of Arts in subjects such as Economics, Sociology, English, etc require a 12th pass in any stream with minimum 45-50 % score. MA/MSc courses require their applicants to have a university degree with a pass of 50-60%. For getting Admission in M.Com, one must have a B.Com degree having passed the exam with at least 50% marks. Courses such as LLB and LLM have their own qualifying marks for admission such as 45% to 55% for graduation and 50% to 60% for LLB.

J.S. University Shikohabad currently offers several undergraduate and postgraduate programs in different fields. In order to apply for admission, you can either register online through the university website www.jsushikohabad.ac.in or submit the application form personally or through the admission office.
For the online admission process, the candidates will have to go to the application provided in the admission section on the website and enter the basic details to get a login ID. Then candidates have to complete the online application form and upload the necessary documents such as photographs, signatures, educational qualifications, etc., as required Only the application fee can be paid through Credit/Debit card, net banking, etc.

J.S. University is a private university situated in Shikohabad, Uttar Pradesh and it also offers many undergraduate programs in different fields. Each department must have its own set of eligibility requirements. For B.Sc. for subject areas such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology including Botany and Zoology, the student must pass the 12th standard with a minimum of 45% average marks in the required subjects. For B.Com, aspirant must have passed the 12th Standard in any group with a minimum of 45 percent. The selection criteria of BCA program is very lenient, the students with minimum 45% marks in their 12th standard in CBSE or any state board can seek admission in BCA program. For BBA and BA programs, the basic requirement is 12th pass with 45% marks. Allowed tests are CBSE, ICSE or State board 12th standard examination or any other test recognized by the institution.

The B.Tech programs that are offered by J.S. University Shikohabad include several programs that are adopted by different departments. The Computer Science and Engineering department provides B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. Clearing class 12th is mandatory with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum 60% marks. The revaluation of admission criteria has made CBSE, ICSE, and State boards as the qualifying examination. The Electronics and Communications Engineering department offers a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, to students who have cleared their class 12th examination in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized Board of examination such as CBSE, ICSE or from any State Education Boards. Civil Engineering is one of the departments of SASTRA University which provides B.Tech in Civil Engineering and the admission is open to those students who have passed 12th standard with an average of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics conducted by CBSE, ICSE or any state board.

J.S University Shikohabad has PhD programs in following departments Management, Commerce, Computer Applications, Education, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, & Music. The minimum criteria that have been set for admission to PhD across departments is a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in post graduation. With specific conditions, certain examination such as UGC NET, JRF, SLET, GATE & CAT are also highly considered by various departments. In Management department, CAT/MAT tests are accepted while Computer Applications department accepts GATE examination. Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics accept only the UGC NET/JRF or SLET for admittance to the Ph.D. programme.
