Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University is a self-financed private university situated in Jhunjhunu; Rajasthan. The University was established in the year 2009 and it is accredited by the University Grant Commission (UGC). The JJTU was accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council to the grade ‘B’ in the year 2022. NIRF ranking released for the year 2023 places the university in 151-200 position among universities in India.

Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. For undergraduate programme, students should have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board and should have secured minimum 50% in aggregate. Certain programmes may have specific entry conditions.
2. For postgraduate programs, students are expected to have satisfactory pass in the relevant bachelors degree programme with at least 50% average marks from any recognized university. Some of the programs have entry tests to be conducted on the students.
3. For Ph.D admissions, the students must have postgraduate degree in the related field with 55 percent marks and must have cleared the Entrance Test and Interview. Work experience may be considered relevant if it is as a statistician or in a position that requires the use of statistical methods.
4. For the professional courses such as MBBS and Engineering, the students must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics with the minimum marks of 50% for the entire course. Entrance exams are mandatory.
5. In case of diploma and certification programs the minimum standard of education required is 10+2 pass or equivalent. Offers of admission may include work experience relevant to the program.
6. International students must meet requirements akin to those of Indian applicants in terms of eligibility. For students from non-ESL countries, there are always English proficiency scores that they are required to produce.
