JECRC University Jaipur provides the diverse and comprehensive courses in various field such as engineering, management, sciences, humanities and so many others at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The eligibility criteria are different for each department – to apply for the BTech stream in Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, and so on students must have completed their 12th standard or equivalent examination and scored between 50 to 60% in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The MBA and BBA courses demand a graduation degree in any stream with 50-60 percentage and accept entrance tests like CAT/ MAT/CMAT/ATMA. Other subjects like BSc in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and many more, the students get admission by scoring in their 12th PCM through entrance exams like JEE Mains and REAP. The admission process of BA and BCom programs are very flexible as they admit students who has passed 12th from any stream.
The JECRC admission schedule for various UG and PG courses for 2024 batch is: JEE Main exam conducts in January-February, REAP in last week of May, CAT exam in November and CMAT/MAT in February. JECRC also has its own test from April to June of the year for the admission of students. It consists of steps like registration on the website, applying for the concerned entrance examination, attending counselling, submitting necessary documents, paying fees, and confirmation of admission. Admission is open based on merit, entrance test results, and vacancies available for the programs presented. 2. Choose the course you wish to apply for, stating B.Tech. Then select the branch/specialization.
3. Register with the portal to become its user by typing your name, email ID or phone number etc.
4. First, enter the appropriate information in the registration form, and after that, you may enter the site. Read the information below, type all your educational and personal data in the application form.
5. Scan and upload other documents needed for the application such as the 10th and 12th standard mark sheets, passport photos etc in the correct size.
6. Complete the payment of the application fee through net banking/debit card/credit card or any other payment method as provided.
7. Ensure that they go through the JECRC B.Tech application form and that they fill it in accurately and submit it.
8. After filling up the form, download the particular form and also try to get a print out of that for future use.
9. Try to wait until the university makes its decision on your application. The status of the application can be tracked on the admission website portal, so the client should check it often.
10. If shortlisted, complete the admission process and other related procedures as dates and time scheduled for enrollment.
