JECRC University, School of Law Jaipur provides various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law. The main stream courses are BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB at the Undergraduate level in integrated form. The admission criteria for these programs demand the candidate to have passed class 12th or equivalent exam in any stream with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate. The admission is given according to the scores obtained in CLAT or LSAT-India or AILET exams of the candidate. The university also provides LLM program in Corporate Laws, Criminal Laws, Constitutional Laws etc. The admission requirements for the programs are that the applicant must have completed an LLB degree with at least 50% marks. The examination considered for admission purpose is CLAT-PG, LSAT-India PG or the test conducted by JECRC University itself. The major law courses and programs provided by the School of Law include BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, LLM MBA LLB and Ph.D.

To apply online, you need to visit the admission portal section on the website and enter your personal details such as your name, email id, mobile number and password to register. Then login and fill the application form attaching documents like photograph and signatures. Submit the application fees online.

The undergraduate law programs offered by JECRC University, School of Law in Jaipur are spread across different departments. BALLB Honours programme of the Department of Law admits students based on rank secured in CLAT, LSAT India or JECRC law entrance test. As for the first option, one has to have a minimum 45% aggregate in their 12th board results. The integrated five years BA LLB and BBA LLB law programs provided by the Department of Legal studies allows the candidates to appear for the national level exams such as CLAT in addition to the JECRC university exam. To qualify for these courses, applicants should have a minimum of the pass certificate in their 12th standard.
The School of Law provides a range of undergraduate programs in different fields of laws like the integrated five-year BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, three-year BALLB and three-year LLB.
The School of Law of JECRC University Jaipur has offer the Ph.D. Program in a number of disciplines such as Constitutional Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law etc. The prerequisites set for candidates wishing to seek admission into Ph.D. across departments are that the candidate must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. The candidate must have passed UGC-NET or equivalent national level test such as JRF/SLET/SET/GATE/Teacher Fellowship holder. Students can write UGC-NET in Law, Joint Research Fellowship (JRF) in Law, Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (RSET) in Law, State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) in Law by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), and Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) etc., as may be relevant.
The School of Law has full time and part time Ph.D. programs for a duration of 3-5 years in various areas of specialization like Constitutional Law, Taxation Law, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Cyber Law and many others.
