KLE University Belgaum has a vast program portfolio across the faculties such as engineering, medical, pharmacy, nursing, management, commerce, arts, science and education. The School of Engineering has departments like Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Biotechnology, and Pharmacy among others while the School of Allied Health Sciences has fields like Nursing, MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Ed among others. Admission requirements differ depending on the program and department location; for engineering programs, the candidate is expected to have passed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths with at least 50% aggregate scores. Candidates who are aspiring to be medical ones should have obtained an average of 50% in PCB in their 12th year exams. For MBA programs candidates need to be graduate with minimum 50% marks in their graduation. Such examinations as CET, NEET, CAT or MAT for instance are acceptable.
1. To fill the form the candidate needs to go to the university’s official website www.kledeemeduniversity.edu.in and navigate themselves to the ‘admissions’ section, where they can find the link to apply online.
2. Choose the appropriate course and complete the online application form providing all necessary information as precise as possible.
3. Upload scanned copy of the documents such as photographs, signature, class 10 and 12 marksheets etc as prescribed by the Institute.
4. Click on the link provided which is relevant to pay the application fee through the net banking/debit card/credit card.
5. Otherwise, you can collect an offline application form directly from the university admissions office by making a relevant payment.
6. Upload scans of the documents that were submitted earlier and complete all the fields of the printed offline application form before the deadline; this document has to be delivered to the admissions office.
Documents Required for Admission in KLE University Belgaum for Different Courses:
1. To apply, complete the application form either online, from the form found on the university website or else obtain an application form from the university office for the intended program.
2. Students have to sit for KLE university’s own examination or else can submit scorecard of Qualifying Examination like KEAM/NEET/CLAT as per course.
3. See if there are certain standards regulating admission such as, the previous academic performance, test scores, that may be set by the university for the offered course.
4. If selected in the shortlist, you have to attend counseling session as per your date and time and category preferences to confirm your admission.
5. Pay all the admission fees to the respective university and submit original documents regarding the admission as per the norms of the university.
6. Submit the ID card and other required documents while completing the enrollment process after the admission and class assignment by the respective department.
1. Eligibility criteria – candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in science and should secure 50% marks in the examination conducted by any recognized Board /Council.
2. Online submission- Accomplish an online application which is obtainable at the university website or admission portal based on the given timetable and pay the application fee.
3. Documents to upload – After the application is submitted, upload necessary documents as per the checklist like 10+2 marks sheet, school leaving certificate.
4. Merit list - University prepares a merit list of candidates who are shortlisted after the assessment of the marks obtained in 10+2 and performance in the examination.
5. Counseling - If selected for the campus interview, appear for the counseling as per the slot allotted and get admitted by paying the fee.
6. Get admit card – Collect the admit card after the completion of the document verification and fee payment processes for the confirmation of the provisional admission to B.Sc.
1. The eligibility criteria include BDS degree, completion of internship before 31st July 2019, minimum 50% aggregate marks in BDS part I & II examinations and NEET MDS score.

3. Consult with the counselor according to the dates provided once the merit list is out; decisions on specialization can be based on the rank.
4. Process of admission is accomplished by the payment of fees, submitting documents and joining on the stipulated date.
5. Complete all verifications of original documents and medical fitness testing at the college.
6. New students: Attend orientation program and start taking MDS classes depending on the academic term. Select your area of interest in your dissertation and get a supervisor.

4. Sit for an entrance examination – The candidates who meet the above criteria have to write an examination to test their research potential knowledge among other areas.
5. Interview – Only the candidates who performed well in the written examination are invited for interview alongside the proposed research supervisor.
6. Admission – The final decision is made regarding the admission staying in the student’s eligibility, written test scores, interview performance, number of open seats for a program.
