Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya is a private university situated in Barpeta, Assam which was founded in year 2017. It has UGC approval and is accredited with NAAC with B++ grade. It ranks between 151-200 among universities in India in the recently released NIRF rankings 2023. 

The university provides different programs across faculties including arts, commerce, science, computer applications, education, law and many others at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. 1. For admission in undergraduate programs, candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved category).

2. For postgraduate programs, candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved category) in the relevant bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. 

3. To apply for the doctoral degree, the candidate must have done post graduation in the concerned subject with 55% marks and also NET/SET clearance.

4. There are no prescribed qualification requirements for the diploma and certification courses in spirituality, yoga, meditation etc. 

5. Knowledge in the fluent Hindi language along with good knowledge about the Sanskrit language is compulsory for admission in most of the Vedic studies/Spirituality programs.

6. It has a system of admission which entails passing a written test and/or interview administered by the university in the areas of subject knowledge, logical reasoning and spiritual intelligence.

Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya provides different diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses in the faculties of Yoga, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy, Holistic Health etc. The university’s endeavour is to make quality yet cheap global standard education in these healthcare domains, coupled with self development and spiritual uplifts. 

The university provides diploma courses such as Yoga Science & Therapy, Naturopathy & Alternative Medicine, Holistic Health & Wellness of INR 25000 to INR 50000 per course duration of 1 to 2 years. 

The undergraduate courses offered are Bachelors in Yoga Science, Naturopathy & Yogic Science, BAMS, and Bums & Sids with the cost ranging from INR 1 to 1.5 lakhs for four to five years.
