MGM University Aurangabad provides the students with a number of specialization options for the undergraduate as well as the post graduate level in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy, Physical Sciences, Management, Computer Applications and Social Sciences, Law, Journalism & Design. BTech (passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject and minimum average 50%), MBA (accepted exams CAT/MAT/CMAT with minimum 50% in graduation), BPharm (12th passed with minimum 50% PCB), BA LLB (12th passed and at least 45%), BDes (12th passed with 50% and entrance examination) among them. The entrance requirement is also different with programmes and applicant must obtain a minimum pass start of the previous qualifying examination as deemed by the university.
The university is designed across streams such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Physical Sciences, Management, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, Law, Journalism and Design and has various undergraduate and postgraduate level programs and courses.
The online application procedure must be initiated from the university’s official website which is www.mgmu.ac.in Under the admission section of the website, there must be a mark that strictly leads to the admission portal of the university. Locate the program you wish to apply for and click on the ‘Apply Now’ button. You will then be forwarded to the online application form. All the section marked with asterisk must be completed, upload scanned copies of document required, and the application form should be submitted with the application fee.

MGM University Aurangabad offers a wide range of courses at the undergraduate level in different fields of study including sciences, commerce, arts, engineering, and many more. The requirements for the eligibility also differ with the departments. For B.Tech programs offered in engineering departments such as Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, etc Candidates must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 50% marks in average. Universities and colleges accepted examination like JEE Mains, MHT CET and many more. For BSc programs in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology departments, 12th Science stream pass is required with passing subjects to the program. This accepts CET, JEE etc as the exams it accepts. BA program the candidates have to pass 12th in any stream standard with minimum 50% marks in respective subjects for Social Sciences, Languages, etc. Such exams CET, PET, etc.
The University provides admissions in full time under graduate (UG) programmes of 3 years duration such as BTech, BSc, BA, BCom, BBA & BCA. Facilities in the form of programs are in Streams Engineering, Medical, Sciences, Arts, Commerce, Computer Applications and so on.
The University provides PhD in all the departments of Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, Computer Applications, Commerce and Management, Humanities, Social Science and many other departments present within MGM University Aurangabad. The minimum qualifying requirement for admission in PhD program is 55% marks for the candidates who have passed the post graduation examination or equivalent and 50% for SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates. The University recognizes national level exams like UGC NET, GATE, SET/SLET, etc. as legitimate exams to comprehend PhD admission. Some departments like Pharmacy accept GPAT scores, and CAT /MAT/CMAT are valid for Management and Commerce PhD admissions. The Computer Applications department also does consider a candidate’s GATE score.
