The MGM University of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai offers a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medicine, dentistry, physiotherapy, nursing, pharmacy and health care management. It is different in various departments – For MBBS, candidates must pass in 12th boards with 50% marks each in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and pass in NEET. The basic eligibility criteria of BDS is passing with 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry, Biology in 12th standard and Dental Aptitude Test. BPT has the requirement of 50% in aggregate in 12th Science and BPharm has 45% in Physics and Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. BSc Nursing and MSc Nursing courses need 45-50% as a minimum percentage in their 10+2 with Biology and English subjects. For allied healthcare such as BOT and BMLT, one requires 12th Science and at least 45% to be considered.

MGM University of Health Sciences in Navi Mumbai has a number of undergraduate programs are offered in medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy and many more. The MBBS course allows a candidate to take national level entrance tests like NEET while the BDS course allows a candidate to take NEET and MHT-CET tests. As per the norms of the examination conducted by the university, the BSc Nursing program accepts national level examination NEET and state level examination MHT-CET and the minimum passing percentage of the students in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 50%. Admission to BPharm program of the College of Pharmacy is based on national exam GPAT as well as the state exam MHT-CET, and there is minimum passing criteria of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Some other allied health programs as BPT and BOT etc also admit the students on the basis of score in MHT-CET examination.

MGM University of Health Sciences located in Navi Mumbai has faculties for Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Biotechnology, and Healthcare Administration that provides Ph.D. programs. The eligibility criteria differ according to departments – for Pharmacy Ph.D., the candidate must have the Master’s in Pharmacy, and should have secured minimum 55% marks for general category (50% for SC/ST/OBC). The entrance test accepted are GPAT and the University own test MGMU. To apply for the Ph.D. in Physiotherapy, candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with 55% marks and should clear the entrance test of the University. The eligibility criteria for the Biotechnology Ph.D. entrance test are as follows- Applicant should possess a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology or related discipline with minimum 55% marks for general category & 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Categories. The acceptable examinations are GATE-BT and MGM University Entrance Test.
