Nagaland University is one of the central Universities which is situated in Lumami, Nagaland. It was established in the year 1994 and is officially recognized by the University Grants Commission UGC and has been accredited with the B++ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council NAAC. Nagaland University Placements 2024
Nagaland University show that there has been a gradual increase in placements over the last few years. The companies that recruit most of the students at the university are Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, among others. In the year 2022, at least 59 companies were engaged in campus placement drives across the Nagaland University. The highest salary offered was for Rs 18,000/- per month which was offered by Tata Consultancy Services. This was a decent package of Rs 4.2 lakh per annum as per the companies’ current standards. According to the reports, out of the 180 eligible students, more than 75 percent of students got placed across various companies, and thus a placement ratio was achieved than the previous years. However, getting more companies to open opportunities in the state and the quality of talent available at the university the placement scenario is positive.
