NLU Jodhpur is one of the premier institutes of the country and a National Law University situated in the city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It was set up in 1999 and hold the membership of Bar Council of India and also got its approval from University Grants Commission. NLU Jodhpur has been graded as NAAC A with CGPA of 3.59/4.00 and ranked 4th among the law schools in India according to NIRF Ranking 2023.
The NLU Jodhpur comprises a number of courses that are at the UG and PG levels in law and are as follows BA LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.), BCom LLB (Hons.), LLM and PhD. The examination for the 5-year integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, and BCom LLB programs. The candidates who want to join CLAT participating Universities will have to write the Common Law Admission Test to be held in December 2024. Counselling would then be done for the selected candidates in regard to their CLAT ranks. The educational requirement is appearing class 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognised education board.

National Law University Jodhpur Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. For 5 year Integrated BA LLB program, passing of 10+2 examination with minimum 45 % marks (40% in case of SC/ST) and qualifying the CLAT examination is mandatory.
2. For LLM programme, the pass in the LLB or any other equivalent examination with fifty percent marks or 45% marks for SC/ST category alongside CLAT LLM entrance test qualification is mandatory.
3. To be qualify for the PhD law admissions the candidate needs minimum of 55% marks or 50% for SC/ST in their LLM degree, pass the entrance test and the interview in order to establish his research ability.
4. 1 year LLM executive programme is offered to those candidates who have completed their graduation in law with not less than 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) in the qualifying degree.
5. The diploma program has 10+2 pass for paralegal, whereas for the alternate dispute resolution program the eligibility is LLB degree.
6. The certificate courses in cyber law and IP law enrol the students from any field with the minimum 50% marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
