NUSRL Ranchi is among the premier national law universities situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand, catering to the field of higher Study and Research in law. NUSRL Ranchi was established in 2010 by the Jharkhand State Legislature Act it is NAAC accredited Grade A and has a CGPA of 3.31 on 4. NIRF Ranking announced recently for the year 2023, NUSRL stands at 37th position under law category.
The university has integrated five years’ BA,LL.B (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons) and three years LLM programme. As for the admission process, it’s worth knowing that it usually is initiated in the middle of May each year. For the BA LLB program, it is wise to note that the admission is done based on the CLAT scores only. For the other programmes, the admission is conducted by considering the marks that have been obtained in the qualifying examination. MBA and PhD courses require the candidate to take the university’s entrance exam for admission to the university.
NUSRL Ranchi has always maintained a high percentage of students getting placed in the campus itself with leading law firms, corporate organizations, and litigation firms investing in the students. The 2022-23 batch has a remarkable achievement regarding campus placements and 95.4% of the students got placed. Some of the major recruiters are ICICI Bank, TATA Steel, Vedanta, HDFC Bank, Idea Cellular, L&T Finance, INFOSYS, Wipro, IBM, Flipkart etc The maximum salary package was 15.4 LPA while the average salary package was 7 LPA.
