North Orissa University is a university which comes under the state of Odisha specifically in Baripada. This University was established in the year 1998 and got the recognition of the University Grants Commission (UGC) also. North Orissa University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. Applicants should have completed 10+2 or any equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks from any Board.
2. The age requirement that every student willing to apply should meet is: for undergraduate programs, the age should be within 17-20 years; for postgraduate programs.
3. Students must have gotten the minimum score that is expected of them for the course they want to apply for as set by the university.
4. The upper age limit and qualifying marks criteria would be relaxed for the students falling in the reserved category i.e. SC, ST and OBC.
5. If it is necessary for the program the applicants are going to choose, they will have to take an entrance exam at the university.
6. Other conditions for enrollment may include subject combinations which may be laid down by the university within the curriculum of the given course.
