Odisha State Open University (OSOU) is one of the prominent open and distance learning university which is established by government of Odisha to provide higher education to all. OSOU was set up in the year 2015 in accordance with an act enacted by odisha legislative assembly, This University is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Distance Education Bureau (DEB), New Delhi. Odisha State Open University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. For Bachelor’s Degree programs, the candidate should have completed 10+2 examination in any field from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks i.e 45% for SC/ST candidates.
2. For admission to the Master’s Degree programmes, candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree examination in the relevant subject from any University recognized by the University Grants Commission with minimum 50% of the marks (for SC/ST candidates, pass marks in the Bachelor’s Degree examination).
