OP Jindal University Raigarh has different programs in management, commerce, computer applications, engineering sciences streams, humanities, and social sciences at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The admission prerequisites differ with the program – for the B. Tech programs the candidate must have passed the 12th standard exams with mathematics, physics and chemistry subjects with minimum 50% marks. JEE Mains, OJEE, UPSEE are the accepted entrance exams For BBA and BCA admissions, however, one must be a 12th pass in any stream with at least 50% marks.
Streams offered by the university include engineering, management, computer applications, sciences, humanities and social studies. Some of the various courses are- B.Tech., M.Tech., BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.A., M.A., B.Com., M.Com. The admissions are made directly or through OJEE counselling. Application form can be downloaded from the website of the University’s website and can be filled and submitted along with the application fee. Admission is therefore based on academic performance and test scores. The shortlisted candidates are summoned to the university for counseling and document checking before admission is finalized.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Photo identification such as Aadhaar card or PAN card or driving license with a duly attested date of birth.
2. The applicant should be SSLC pass and must have a passing certificate from any government recognized board in India for the 10th standard.
3. Mark sheet of 12th standard & passing certificate from any reputed education board.
4. Transcripts and mark sheets of previous courses if applying for any postgraduate course.
5. Scorecard of the entrance examination if this is a requirement for the program like the CAT for the MBA programme.

1. It is recommended to satisfy the requirements for the preferred program – it is necessary to meet the grade/marks threshold determined by the university.
2. Use it online or via post before the cut-off date with supporting documents and application fee.
3. Take the entrance test if any for the specific course if applicable, otherwise wait for the merit list.
4. In this case, I would wait for the merit list to be released and check whether I would be eligible for the counseling round.
5. Go to counseling session according to the date that has been set by the officials, select your branch or subject according to the rank that you received.

6. Visit counselling - For the merit rank you hold, go for counselling and produce some papers. Choose a branch and join the classes by paying the admission fee.
7. Report to the concerned department, fill up pending document and admission fee to formally complete the B.Tech admission process in OPJU Raigarh.
