The course code and eligibility criteria may also differ with the departments - for engineering degree like B.Tech, one needs to pass 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with min 50% of marks in aggregate. Such examinations as JEE Mains, GUJCET are acceptable. For BPharm, 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Maths with 50% marks is required. MBA requires graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and written exams such as CAT/MAT are considered. The basic eligibility criteria for BCA admission is that the candidate should have passed 12th standard from any stream with Maths/Statistics/Business. BA/BSc/BCom entrance requirement is 12th pass in any stream relevant to the course applied for.

P.P.Savani University situated in Surat city of the Gujarat state of India offers a number of undergraduate courses in disciplines of engineering, computer applications, commerce, arts, and science. The requirement for the eligibility also differs depending on the department in question. To be eligible for the BTech degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or Electrical engineering, the candidates must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50% aggregate marks. The qualifying exams acceptable are CBSE, ICSE or any state board examination. BCA degree, the candidate should be 12th passed in any group with Mathematics as one of the subjects. BCom program does accept 12th in any stream with minimum of 45% marks in CBSE, ICSE or state board examinations. BA and BSc degrees have eligibility of passing 12th in relevant stream from any central or state education board.
The University provides under graduate courses in faculties such as Engineering (CSE, IT, ECE, EE, Civil, Mechanical), Computer Applications (BCA), Management Studies (BBA), Commerce (BCom), Pharmacy (BPharm), Architecture (BArch), Arts (BA) and Science (BSc).
Ph.D. programs are offered at the P.P. Savani University which is in Surat and the departments offering them are Management, Computer Applications, Commerce, English, Chemistry and Pharmacy. The minimum requirement of marks or CGPA in post graduation for admission to PhD across the departments is 55%. Eligible tests are UGC NET, SET, GATE, CAT, GMAT, and GRE. The Management PhD program of the institute accepts CAT/XAT/CMAT scores whereas the Computer Applications PhD program accepts GATE qualification. While the Commerce and English departments consider UGC NET/SET for admission to the PhD programme. PhD courses are offered in specializations like Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Chemistry, Pharmacology Literature among others.
