Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak has various faculties like Medical, Dental, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and many other related courses. It must be noted that departments have different eligibility criterion. BHMS and BUMS require class 12th pass with minimum 50% marks in PCB and English while for BSc Hons in Medical Technology, students must pass 12th standard with 45% marks in PCB and English. Accepted exams include NEET. BAMS and BHMS needs 50% marks in Biology, physic and chemistry of 12th standard. Accepted exam is NEET. For B.Pharm, candidate must pass 12th with Physics or chemistry or maths or biology group. The eligibility criteria for BPT include passing 12th standard with at least 50 percent aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. For post basic B.Sc Nursing, 10+2 qualification is mandatory and also one should be a registered nurse and registered midwife diploma holder. To pursue M.Sc Nursing one must have completed his / her B.Sc Nursing. 

The courses & streams – MBBS, BDS, MD/MS, MDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT B.O.T, B.M.L.T, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Post basic B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, GNM and ANM. Examination dates for the relevant tests are as follows: NEET UG 2023 is scheduled for May 7th while NEET PG 2023 is on March 5th. The admission process for courses for the academic year 2024 will begin after the national level entrance tests for the year 2023. This process includes registration process, filling the application form, sitting in NEET UG examination, counseling, and then selecting college and course for MBBS/BDS. Likewise in other courses, the candidates who are eligible should write the entrance test/ exams, pass the cutoff norms, register and give their course preferences during the counseling sessions. Counselling process also takes place in multiple phases to distribute the medical colleges prior to the final admission.

UHSR Rohtak Application Process 2024

To apply online, interested persons should log on to the University website at uhsr.ac.in and navigate to ‘Admissions’. First, choose the desired course and complete the online application form only following the guidelines as described online. Scan and upload photos and signatures as well as other vital documents such as certificates in the required format. The payment of the application fee should be made using online banking and debit card or credit card. 

To apply for admission offline, the candidate can either download the admission form from the official website of the university or get it from the university campus. Please complete the form and enclose the original copies of any document as may be demanded herein. After the details are filled, the completed application form along with the demand draft of the application fees should be deposited in the designated counters or mailed to the University postal address before the given date. It becomes the responsibility of the candidates to go through the admission brochure in order to understand the admission process available for them, the eligibility criteria, documents that are needed for admission and other admission details of the chosen course. UHSR Rohtak B.Pharma Selection Criteria

1. Merit in the qualifying examination (10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics): Admission is made on the basis of percentage in PCB/PCM in the 10+2 examination conducted by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Board or any other recognized Board for the academic session 2014-15. Above percentage has better odds for selection.

2. Entrance Test: Like many other universities, UHSR also has its own test called UHSR Pharmacy Entrance Exam (UHSRPEE) for admission to the B.Pharma program. This examination is very useful in the selection process because performance determines the final outcome.

3. Personal Interview: Those who have met the merit and the marks obtained in the entrance test are invited to be interviewed. Currently, personal interview contributes to the final selection in a small way. 

4. Reservation Policy: Yes, The Higher authorities of the UHSR follow the state government’s policy of reservation for candidates of the reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, etc., For such categories of the candidates separate seats are reserved according to the norms.

UHSR Rohtak B.Pharma How To Apply?

1. To get the latest information about the B.Pharma admissions in UHSR Rohtak, visit the official website of the university at uhsr.ac.in to download the notification and application form which are available in the month of May-June.

2. Read the eligibility criteria very carefully as to what the candidate needs to have for instance educational requirement, age limit etc.

3. You can download the application form from the university webpage or fill it at the university administration office. Read through it carefully.

4. Fill in all details in the application form accurately and attach the required documents which are usually: The documents required are: Self attested copies of marksheets of 10th and 12th, Domicile certificate, Category certificate if any, etc.

5. While filling the application form, also make online payment or through demand draft for the application fees if any. Regarding application fees details are provided in the notification. 

6. Enclose with the completed application the application form together with the required papers before the deadline at the university office or can be posted to the university address through registered/speed post.

7. After the applications are reviewed, the applicants are shortlisted and the merit list is displayed on the website. Finally, candidates who have appeared for the selection process will have to go through counseling sessions at the prescribed time.

8. Go to counseling session any time I am called, take along all my original documents for authentication and register with the admission fee.

UHSR Rohtak BASLP Selection Criteria

1. Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics and English with above 50% marks in aggregate should apply.

2. It has been prepared on merit of the qualifying examination and this is the only criterion for admission.

3. SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates shall produce Haryana government rule reservation and relaxations certificates at the time of interview.

4. The candidates have to attend counseling sessions where they are sorted according to their ranks before admission can be granted and their documents authenticated.

UHSR Rohtak BASLP How To Apply?

1. For the applications for admission to BASLP, candidates are advised to visit the university’s official website or seek information in leading newspapers usually in the months of April-May.

2. Applications for the BASLP is available every year, therefore, log on to the University website and download the BASLP application form. If not, it is generally situated in the ‘Admissions’ or ‘Academics’ part of the website.

3. It is important to read through the eligibility criteria, rules, the selection procedure etc. to ensure that the company or individual has met all qualifications. Common eligibility is 10+2 or equivalent from any stream, science stream being preferable, the candidate should have minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

4. The applicant should fill in all the details in the application form correctly along with the supporting documents which mainly include 10+2 mark sheets, certificates, Aadhar card photocopy etc. 

5. Apart from the documents, the applicants need to submit the application fees (which is mentioned on the website or on the form) through the online transfer or through a demand draft in favour of ‘Registrar, UHSR, Rohtak’ along with the form.

6. The documents to be enclosed along with the application form include the completed and signed application form to be sent before the last date by registered/speed post or personally submitted to the UHSR Rohtak admission office.
