Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Srikakulam campus which located in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh offers 6 year integrated B.Tech programs in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and 3 year Diploma programs. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech admissions include passing 10th class with GPA of 8.0 and above. The accepted exams are as follows 10th class exam from any state or central board of education. For diploma admissions one has to clear the 10th class with no pass marks mandatory for any stream.

Rajiv Gandhi university of Knowledge Technologies, Srikakulam Campus in Srikakulam consists of several UG departments including Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The admission criteria for CSE and IT branches are that the student should have passed Intermediate or any equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as its main subjects with an aggregate of 45% marks. For the ECE and EEE branches, the students have to qualify the examination with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology obtaining a minimum 45% of the aggregate marks. The qualifying examinations accepted are Intermediate from BIE of AP/Telangana or any other equivalent examination recognized by University/Board.
UG courses currently offered are B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering. The B.Tech program therefore takes four years comprised of eight semesters. These streams include Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Srikakulam campus is situated in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh and it is providing 4-year B.Tech courses in their various departments. The Civil Engineering department has 120 seats and the admission criteria is the pass in Intermediate or any equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. The CSE department offering 300 seats admits students who have passed Intermediate and have Mathematics as one of the subjects. The Mechanical engineering department has a seating capacity of 140 students and it is open for Intermediate passed students with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects. Likewise, the Electrical & Electronics Engineering department, which offers 60 intakes, allows only those candidates who have passed in the Intermediate examination with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry as the subjects. The Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department that has 60 seats also takes Intermediate passed students with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry subjects in the exams.
