Rama University Hapur - Admission, Courses, Fees & Rankings 2024

Rama University is an independent, self-financed University situated in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Founded in 2009, this university is accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India, officially recognized by the government of India, and it holds a B++ NAAC grade. According to NIRF Rankings 2023, released recently, Rama University has positioned itself within the Top 150 Universities in India. 

University teaches nearly all areas of study at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies levels. These include the famous engineering, medicine, pharmacy, computer application, management and law, commerce and sciences. The admission process for the academic year 2024/2025 will be launched in April 2024. Students intending to enter engineering, medical, and management courses will have to write respective exams namely JEE, UPSEE, and RMAT. Most programs have an application deadline of June 2024. It is usual to hold semester exams around December and June in every year.

Rama University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)

1. Engineering – 10+2 with physics, chemistry and Mathematics minimum of 60% marks and valid JEE main score.

2. Medical – B.P. P/ Science with Physics, Chemistry & Biology with 60% marks & valid NEET score 

3. Management – Any graduate with 50% in any discipline to pursue BBA or BBM.

4. Law- Any graduate with 50 % marks from any recognized university. 

5. Science Stream – Minimum 10+2 with Science and a minimum of 60% in aggregate.

6. Arts/Humanities – A pass in 10+2 system of education from the recognized board with 50% marks in aggregate.

7. Education – BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ BCA/ B.Tech from any recognized University with minimum 50% in aggregate. 

8. Commerce: The minimum aggregate percentage of 50% in 10+2 with Mathematics/Accounts stream.
