The campus of RKDF University is located in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand state and it offers multiple streams in several departments. The requirements are different for different courses that a learner wishes to pursue. Admission Eligibility: The admission in these BTech Programs like CSE, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Civil Engineering require a candidate to pass Class 12 with science stream, minimum 60% marks along with clearing JEE Mains. For BA programs like Economics, English, Psychology the admission criteria are that the candidates should have passed in class 12 any stream with minimum 50% marks. Various courses like MBA in marketing, human resource management, finance need a bachelor degree with minimum 50% marks and CAT/MAT score.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Birth certificate, date of birth certificate, passport and/or any other photo identity documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license.
2. A self-attested copy of a mark sheet of 10th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board, containing marks obtained in all subjects and a passing certificate from the same.
3. A certificate of having passed 12th standard from any state or central education board with marks obtained in all subjects in it as proof.
4. Photocopy of the Graduation degree certificate and Mark sheets from a recognized university in case of applying for post graduate programme showing the completion of bachelors degree.
5. Caste / Community certificate from appropriate competent authority, if being applied under reservation quota.
6. Photographs after passport size in colored format and if required, transfer or migration certificate from the previous institution.
1. Both online and on paper with a record of the academic performance and results of an entrance exam.
2. It is noted that candidates who have been shortlisted have been asked to come for document verification and counseling .
3. Distribution made according to performance, percentage of reserved seats and options exercised by the students.
4. To accept the provisional admission granted by the university after the allotment of a candidate, required to pay the admission fee.
5. Final admission letter is issued and students submit relevant documents.
6. This implies that several formalities need to be fulfilled, and orientation should be undertaken so as to commence classes.

1. Depending on the type, fill the application online or on a physical form with the relevant documents which include transcripts, identity proof, and recommendation letters.
2. Sit for the entrance examination of RKDFU where learning aptitude, reasoning and language ability can be measured in 2 hours.
3. Keep an eye for exam results that are published on RKDFU’s website and try to access it within one month of the test.
4. The employers will then conduct a personal interview and group discussions with the shortlisted candidates.
5. RKDFU announces it final merit list which is prepared according to candidate’s examination scores, academic achievement and interview test.
6. The candidates who meet the admission criteria must complete it by paying their fees, submitting documents, and other registration procedures.
