Sangam University Bhilwara has several courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in different disciplines such as Management, Law, Education, Pharmacy, Engineering. The admission requirements also differ from department to department – for the BBA/MBA programmes, candidates should have passed 12th with a minimum 50% aggregate marks. For courses such as BA LLB and BBA LLB, passing the 12th standard is mandatory and the candidate must have scored 45%. For BEd and MEd, applicants should be graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks, however there relaxation in percentage for reserved categories. Students seeking admission must have passed their qualifying exams with a stipulated percentage: 12th standard score/Graduation percentage/CLAT/State CET exams.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Original documents like Aadhaar card, voter ID card, or driving license for the candidate’s identification and for age proof.
2. Secondary education – passing certificate & mark sheet which is issued by appropriate school board for Class 10th to check the standard of education achieved.
3. Income tax acknowledgment for proof of income, Class 12th certificate and marksheet for confirmation of having passed higher secondary education meeting eligibility criteria.
4. Migration certificate given by the last attended school/ college to authenticate the transfer certificate.
5. Character certificate testimonials of the character of candidate attested by the last school/college attended by the candidate.
6. Every other certificates that would be needed to claim reserved seat or a scholarship such as income certificate, caste certificate, transfer certificate. Extra documents may be required for a certain program or for the quota seats offered.
