Shreyarth University Ahmedabad currently provides a large number of programs including engineering, management, sciences, arts and many others. The eligibility criteria differ from one department to another. For engineering courses like BTech in Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, applicants must have completed and passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry Maths scoring minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM. Some of the accepted exams are JEE Mains, GUJCET. For BBA, BA Economics, BCom courses, having passed the 12th grade in any stream with marks not less than 50% is required. Some of the exam accepted are GUJCET, NPAT etc.
The University provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs in fields such as Engineering, Management, Sciences, Arts, Design, Law and much more. Admission dates for programs beginning in 2024 across streams are - Engineering: JEE Feb & May 2024, GUJCET May 2024; Management: NPAT Jan 2024; Science: GUJCET May 2024; Arts & Other courses: Form availability March 2024. The admission process includes – registration and application filing online, document upload, attending entrance test if any, admissions based on scores obtained in entrance tests or qualifying exams. All the selected candidates are allowed to attend the counselling session in order to fill their choices and get their seats. This is followed by online admission confirmation after fee payment within stipulated period. After the completion of this process, those who are eligible according to the norms set by the University will be granted admission.
Shreyarth University Ahmedabad can be done both online as well as offline. For online application, interested candidates can access the official Shreyarth website at shreyarth.ac.in and navigate to the ‘Admissions’ section. Choose your preferred program and complete the registration process to complete the application form online. Here, you will be required to upload scanned copies of necessary academic documents. An online non-refundable application fee applies.
For offline admission, one can download the admission form and prospectus from the university admission office with the prescribed fee. The candidates need to complete the given online form and enclose self-attested copies of documents such as 10th and 12th mark sheets/certificates etc., as applicable. Submission can be made personally at the admissions office or via speed post before the stipulated deadline. An admission test and interview may be necessary for some programs to be taken by the candidates.
There are different prices for the application fee depending on the program of the student. Before applying for admission, note the admission requirements, the number of students that an institution can admit, and the fees for admission and other related services, and the documents required. It operates on the principle of merit and this includes the scores obtained in the qualifying examination, university tests, and interviews. Admission to the seats is confirmed by documents and payment of the admission fees.

3. In the form, you will be required to fill your personal information, academic information, contact information, etc.
4. After you have input all the details in the complete application form, attach the payment for the application fee. Application fees can normally be paid online through credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.
5. There are several cases when an applicant need to provide some registration or application number after submitting the application and fee. We should remember this.
6. Wait for the university to announce admission tests dates (if applicable) and always check the admission status using the application number.
7. If you are lucky enough to be selected you will have to attend the counseling rounds. That is, attend those and complete other formalities of admission by providing specified documents and paying for admission.
8. Ensure that you secure a letter of admission from the university before the start of classes.
- It has been further informed that applications are available for the academic year STARTING_YEAR. The last date to apply is normally in June/July.
- Eligibility criteria: 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Even those students who will write their 10+2 examinations can also apply.
- Admission process: According to the performance in the qualifying examination. For the additional requirement, university may sit for an entrance test or interview depending on the situation.
- The total number of seats for admission in BCA are approximately 120 for the subjects offered in various specializations.
- Tuition fees, examination fees and library fees alone amount to about ?50000 to ?70000 in a year. Hostel and mess fees extra.
- The admission to the BCA program depends on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination that is 12th examination.
- For students under GUJCET category, the admissions will be according to their rank obtained in GUJCET and their percentage in class XII.
- For students from CBSE/ICSE board, the admission will depend on his/her 12th standard performance. Minimum aggregate requirements may be specified.
- Thus the university may take into account other factors apart from academic performance such as extra curricular activities, performance on entrance tests, interviews etc when selecting students.
- Candidates belonging to the reserved categories may have to meet certain reservation standards as per government policies.
- Finally, in order to be considered for admission, applicants will be required to meet other general requirements that the university may have put in place in regards to academic qualifications and subject specializations.

2. Now, go to the link ‘online application form’ and get yourself registered with some necessary details such as name, e-mail id, contact no. etc.
3. Sign in using the login credentials received on your registered email address or registered mobile number. Ensure you complete the entire online application form accurately.
4. Upload scanned copies of necessary documents like - 10th and 12th mark sheets, school leaving certificate, photo ID proof etc. as per the requirements.
5. Pay the application fee through the online method using net banking, credit card, UPI or any other mode available.
6. The applicant is then required to download and print the completed application form with fee receipt for future use. Attach required documents.
7. Complete the application form and attach all the necessary documents and submit it to the university’s admissions office or mail it before the cutoff date.
8. Visit the website often for the admission test details/interview call if applicable. Choose specific courses to take, if necessary.
9. If called for admission, provide the original documents and fees as required on the set dates for admission.
