Shri Venkateshwara University which provides a number of courses in the fields of engineering, management, law, education, agriculture, science, and many more at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. While some programs have certain specifications, others have generic eligibility standards – for example, for the BTech programs in computer science, information technology, electronics & communication, mechanical, and civil, students must have a least 50% marks in class 12th with physics, chemistry, and mathematics. For the management related courses like BBA, MBA, 50% in class 12th is compulsory, 50 percentage in graduation for BEd courses are mandatory. For admission to corresponding programs, the university accepts only certain exams such as JEE Main, UPSEE, CAT, MAT, XAT, NPAT.

For admission to undergraduate programs based on class 12th marks, the common procedure is that every year in the month of May aspirants have to fill up an application form online or offline. For the programs that are linked with the entrance examination at the national level, counseling takes place after the declaration of results.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Personal identification documents such as Aadhaar card, voter ID card, license for address and age proof.
2. High school cert and mark sheets to prove that applicant has completed 10th class as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
3. For undergraduate MCI qualification demands 10+2 intermediate or certificates and mark sheets for passing out 12th standard.
4. Mark sheets for admission to postgraduate programs on the basis of graduation degree certificate.
5. Documents such as the entrance examination results slip such as the UGAT if the candidate sat for it for the particular program they want to gain admission into.
6. PCC, TC or MC as required for administrative section and 2-4 passport photographs as per administrative requirements. Any special documents may be required for certain programs or for students applying in special categories.

2. Provide personal and academic information on the online form before the deadline mentioned for it. Pay registration fees online.
3. You can download the admit card from the university’s portal using application number with the password.
4. Take up any relevant entrance test on the date mentioned while possessing the admit card and ID proof.
5. Applicants should check their merit list on the website. Those who are qualified to be admitted are invited for counseling and document validation.
6. Go for counselling, select a program and college based on one’s performance, then pay for the fees to secure the place.

4. It is also important to retain proof of having paid the application fee either online or through Demand Draft. Category dependant and can range from $200 to $500.
5. Pay the fee, complete the application form and attach the relevant documents before the stated deadline at the specified stations or through an online system.
6. If selected, there are formalities to undergo for admission by paying fees, submitting and being registered.
7. Go to college according to the set timetable for attending lectures, practicals and taking exams. Comply strictly with the all policies and procedures.
