Sri Sri University is an institution in Cuttack, Orissa which provides several undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of Management, Computer Science, Law, Commerce, Science, Arts and many other. The eligibility criteria differ for the departments – Candidates with 50% marks in 12th or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for BTech programs. Acceptable standard examinations include JEE Mains, OJEE, Sri Sri University Entrance Test etc. For BBA/MBA, it is mandatory to have passed 12th or equivalent examination in any stream with 50% marks or graduation in any discipline. : The admission is based on CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA scores. The BALLB and LLB integrated law programs demand candidates to have passed 12th in any stream with the minimum 45% marks. In the case of Biotechnology, candidates should have passed 12th standard with science background with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, chemistry and biology. MCA program will admit students with following qualification: Passed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or Physics with aggregate of minimum 50%.
Some of the major courses being taught across the streams are BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc, BA, MA, BBA, MBA, BCom, MCom, LLB, BALLB, BDes, MDes and so on. The entrance examination held by the university includes SET (Sri Sri University Entrance Test), SLAT (Sri Sri University Law Admission Test), SSUCAT (Sri Sri Common Admission Test). The admission process for the 2024 academic year has commenced and the examination is to take place in April and May, 2023. This is for the new application and the deadline is in May 2023. Applicants who meet the criteria can apply online or physically before the given dates. The criterion adopted for selection includes qualifying examination results, University tests and interviews.
