The Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University Gandhinagar is one of the established universities which provide the undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of engineering, management, sciences, humanities etc. The requirements for taking the relevant courses differ From one department to another and for each course as well. For its BTech programs such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning for a student has to pass 12th or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in PCM subjects. MBA, BBA, BCA, require the minimum eligibility criterion of passing a relevant bachelor’s degree with 50% marks. Now it is necessary that for the admission to the respective courses GUJCET, JEE Mains, CAT, GATE etc entrance examinations are also accepted. Some departments also look at performances in their own entrance test known as Swarrnim.
Some of the major courses that are provided across stream are B. Tech in CSE, ECE and Mechanical, M. Tech, B.Sc.(Math, Phy.), M.Sc.(Math, Phy, Chem.), Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical and Civil, MBA in Marketing, Finance, HR & Operations, BBA, MCA, BA in English Literature, Psychology, MA in English, Economics, Psychology, BCA, B.Design, M It is during this time that the different applications are submitted and the process begins in January every year. There are National and State Level entrance exams like JEE Main, GATE, CAT, MAT, GUJCET etc which are held from February 2024 to July 2024. Swarrnim also holds its own entrance examination SITSEAT in the last week of June, 2024 for admission to engineering and technology courses. The academic sessions start in the last week of July.

For online application, for the university, please go to their official website at www.ssiu.ac.in and select ‘Admissions’. Choose your preferred program and thoroughly complete the online admission form. Scan the necessary documents such as qualification certificates, photographs etc and upload according to the provisions made. Go for online payment of the application fee through Credit/Debit card, Net Banking or UPI. The form may be completed and printed out for future use.
For the offline modes of application, candidate has to go to the university admissions office and get the application form. It is advisable to fill it carefully and seal it along with the certified copies of necessary documents. After completing the application form, affix your photo and submit the application form along with the fee for admission /application in the form of demand draft to the office. - The Swarnim Startup & Innovation University is a new university of year 2020 located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, exclusively dedicated to the startup and innovation.
