Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) is a statutory University established in 1965 of the Government of Gujarat. It is a university founded in 1965 and it is one of the biggest universities in the state with over 225 college affiliates. VNSGU has been graded B++ by NAAC of which the grade implies good quality in the teaching and research. According to NIRF Rankings VNSGU has been ranked 101 among the Universities of India.
The university provides a wide variety of degree programs from bachelor’s level, master’s level to doctoral level in the field of science and technology, commerce and business, arts and humanities, engineering and technology, medicine and health sciences and education and law. Seminal exams are conducted in October/ November and April/ May every year. Candidates should keep in mind that admissions for the 2024 batch will commence in around May-June. To register for the courses students can either do it online or offline. Gujarat University accepts applicants based on merit determined through qualifying exam such as GUJCET , GATE, entrance tests conducted by the university.
VNSGU also has a placement cell which helps in negotiations and placement of students in big companies. Top companies that recruit from Pune include Reliance, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, L&T, and many others.

Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Eligibility Criteria 2024
1. Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to have scored a merit grade of 50% at the minimum in 10+2 or equivalent examination that are certified by boards. In some cases, specific courses may involve additional requirements.
2. Age Limit: Admission candidates are usually not subject to a specified age limit for both ug and pg programs. There are some cases in which the requirements of a professional or technical course may restrict candidates to a certain age limit.

Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Admission Process 2024
1. Visit university website or go to the admissions office to gather information about the programs offered, admission criteria, timeline and the application process.
2. Choose the program you are interested in and check that you meet the conditions for enrollment for that program. Entrance test scores, educational qualifications are examples of conditions set for each program.
3. Fill the online or offline application form correctly before the final date of submissions with all the required documents and an application fee in place.
4. If you qualify the cut-off marks, you will be invited to counseling rounds, where documents will be verified and seats will be allotted based on the qualifying criteria, such as merit besides the reservation policy etc.
5. After being accepted, next complete the admission formalities by paying the admission and program fees and submitting any outstanding documents within the given Deadline.
6. Arrive at the students’ affairs office to collect your identity card and program handbook, and then present yourself for the induction/orientation program where you will be well acquainted with university policies, resources, faculty and facilities.
