Vikram University is a University located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh which provides the Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in the field of Science, Arts, Commerce, Law Education, Management, and computer Applications. Some of the significant departments are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Economics, History, Political Science, and Sociology. Minimum eligibility is specific for each department and the courses – for BSc programs one needs to pass 12th grade with Physics, Chemist, Maths or Biology with minimum 50% marks.
The university has programs/ courses in almost all areas of study and it has approximately 150 programs in 17 department. These are sciences, social sciences, commerce, law, journalism, and management their streams. UG courses: Admission to most of the courses is made directly on merit in the 12th standard for 70% of the seats and the remaining 30% are based on PET entrance test. In the case of PG admissions, it assesses entrance test scores like MET/CET or the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Any Government issued Photo-ID/Photo-Aadhaar card/ Pass-port/Driving License where date of birth and identity can be verified.
2. Board attested certificate and mark sheet of class 10th to check the qualification of the candidate and the performance in the studied subjects.
3. Class 12th certificate and marksheet mentioning that the candidate has passed the exam and the subjects he had and the marks he obtained to ensure that he fulfills the academic criteria for the desired program.
4. Make a note that, transfer certificate or school/college leaving certificate has to be provided to support the continuity of studies and character of the applicant.
5. Recent passport size photographs to be pasted on the admission forms for identification purpose and authenticated by the college.
6. Original documents of reserved category certificates for the purpose of admission under quota or any other suitable certificates if any reserved category students possess.
1. For the specific course of choice, send an application either online or offline on the university website or the admission office during the notification period available.
2. Information to include the following The minimum entry requirements in terms of exams/grades, the entrance test where applicable.
3. Get admit card if get shortlisted and attend counseling/admission procedure if selected as per date and time.
4. Upload the necessary documents for verification which may include 10th/12th standard marksheets , graduation certificates, category and domicile certificates if any.
5. After confirmation of provisional admission through document verification process, you can pay admission fee online or offline.
6. Apply and register for the final admission of VU Ujjain PG or UG program within the prescribed time limit for enrollment. Sorry for the delay but please attend orientation and join other students in class.

2. Visit the homepage of the university and identify the research fields and the guides for the research proposals on offer before writing the proposal.
3. Online or offline, complete the application form for the Ph.D program within the given time only. Pay the application fees.
4. Take the entrance test conducted by the university if you are eligible according to the university norms. To provide clarity it is necessary to qualify the test.
5. If they choose to join the institution out of merit, the candidates should attend the interview round with the relevant documents. The experts consider the research ability.
6. If the candidate is selected after the interview, the formalities of getting admission need to be completed by paying the fees within the due date before one can start the program.

1. Candidate must have a B.Sc qualification with fifty percent mark or more from a recognized university to apply for M.Sc in VU Ujjain.
2. Visit the official website of Vikram University Ujjain and navigate for M.Sc admission notice and obtain admission form when released in May every year.
3. Complete the M.Sc admission application form accurately and should submit it before the last date and other necessary documents that include qualifications certificates and pay application fee online.
4. Sit for an entrance examination if one is required for the specific M.Sc course you have applied to do, if not then merit shall be based on percentage scores.
5. If your name is in the list for the counseling round mentioned in it along with the documents needed to be declared for admission.
