Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan is one of the well equipped universities offering numerous undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields of study like engineering, management, sciences, arts and humanities, education and etc. For BTech, one has to clear 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and the candidate must have minimum 50% aggregate marks. The standard and recognized entrance tests are JEE Mains, REAP, VGUJEE. The candidates who are interested in MBA must have a bachelor’s degree with 50 percentage marks. There are specific tests approved by the college such as CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT. In the case of BSc, one has to qualify 12th standard in science group with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology with 50 % minimum marks. For BBALLB, the candidate must pass the 12th standard in any stream having obtained at least 50% of the aggregate marks in the board exams.
The University intends to commence the admission process for the academic year 2024, for all programs in the 4th quarter of the year 2023. Some of the most important exam dates are CAT which is scheduled for 26th of November, 2023, MAT which will be held on 4th of February, 2024, REAP on 15th of April, 2024 and VGU JEE which is conducted by VGU itself and is scheduled on 11th and 12th of May, 2024. Admission process begins with the candidates applying through online or by submitting the form in person. Then they need to appear for the relevant entrance examination based on the course he/she is choosing. According to the scores/merit cutoff list, the candidates will be selected and then for the counselling session, which may include personal interviews and/or group discussions. After paying the fee to the University, the selected students can acknowledge their admission at the Vivekananda Global University for the program and the stream they have applied for for the academic year 2024.
Vivekananda Global University (VGU) situated in jaipur, Rajasthan offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in several fields. The admission to VGU can be done through online and offline method The students who wish to get admission in VGU can fill up the admission form either online or offline.
In terms of applying to VGU, the online system is relatively easy and user-friendly. They should be aware that they can apply for a vacancy at www.vgu.ac.in by going to the ‘Admissions’ tab. They are required to opt for the programme of their choice, enter some biographic details, complete the application form and attach the necessary documents. Finally, having filled the form and paid the appropriate fees, the applicants will be issued with a registration/application number for monitoring of their admission status.
Candidates can also directly collect it from the admission office of the university for which one has to pay the prescribed fee. The students will be required to complete a questionnaire regarding their qualification, person and programme details and scan and upload the attested photocopy of the mark sheet(s) and certificates. The completed admission forms in off line mode have to be physically off while they have to be submitted at the prescribed counters before the deadline of the application form of the program. It’s on the condition that the candidate fulfills the minimum set standard, produces his qualifying exam results and there is a vacancy in the specific program. The process of selection involves entrance tests and interviews in VGU as maybe required.

3. Open the website and register, then fill in the application form placed on the website. They will ask for details like personal information, academic details, the contact information as well among others.
4. Scan and upload documents for photograph, signature, class 10 and 12 scores, ID proof as per the format specified.

6. After completing the form, click submit button to generate a copy of the filed form in pdf format, which can be printed.
7. Attach photocopies of the documents and other eligibility certificates which are mentioned above along with the printout of the filled up application form and can also be sent by post or dropped personally in the university admissions office before the last date of submission.

- VGU Jaipur has been providing B.Tech programs in different disciplines and streams such as Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering etc.
- The admission to B.Tech programs is offered based on the scores in JEE Main and also VGU Engineering Entrance Exam. It also uses class 12th results to determine the eligibility of the candidate to join the university.

3. On the page, you will find the vacancy ‘Open for Applications’; click on ‘Apply Now’ and you will be taken to the online application process.
4. To process the application, you have to create an account and provide all the information that is expected in the form including personal information, academic information, and contact information among others.

6. The application fee payment has to be done through the online mode using credit/debit card or through net banking.
7. Ensure that the B.Tech application form has been filled accurately and then completed. Check all the ideas before submitting the final work.
