CMR Technical Campus Hyderabad provides various number of undergraduate and postgraduate programs by discipline such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Science, and Humanities. It is noteworthy that eligibility criteria may differ depending on the departments. For B.Tech programs like CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, the pass criteria are having passed 12th or equivalent with Physics, chemistry Maths/Biology and has secured 50% marks in aggregate for these subjects for general candidates while for SC/St candidates it is 45%. The required standard of education for admission is Intermediate from any recognized board or JEE Main. For B.Pharmacy the qualification is 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology with having minimum 45% marks. Accepted exams are Intermediate/EAMCET. For BBA and MBA CET, the eligibility is 50% in 12th/Grad. BSc and MSc courses such as Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food processing technology, Chemistry require graduates to have 12th standard Science background in the requisite subjects having obtained 50%.
1. Interested candidates should visit the official website of the University that is www.cmr.ac.in for detailed information about the admission and online application form.
2. Delve to the ‘Admission’ drop down menu and choose your preferred course either B.Tech or M.Tech to find out the admission details and application procedure.
3. Users can create an account by providing their basic details such as name, email id, phone number etc in the registration process to login.
4. The applicant is expected to complete an online application form where they should complete all the personal information, academic information and communication information.
5. Scanned and upload photographs, signatures and other documents as per the regulations of the university.
6. If possible, pay the application fee through the payment gateway provided with the application. Complete the form and attach it together with the rest of the required documents then take a printout of it for future use.
7. Wait for the merit list declaration and counseling procedure. On the scheduled date, the following will be required to attend to document verification and admission process:
1. Submit printed or digital version of your application along with necessary documents before the deadline.
2. Take the entrance examination if it is applicable for the type of course being offered.
3. Candidates should check merit list and attend respective counselling session if called
4. Select the course and college according to their ranks, their availability and any other preferences one may have.
5. To confirm the seat that has been offered the candidate has to pay this amount known as admission fee.
6. Document scrutiny and all other related formativeness of registration.
1. The two methods of applying are online and off line by completing the form and paying the application fee before the due date. They check and verify documents such as 10th and 12th mark-sheets, ID proof.
2. Satisfy one of the engineering entrance examination such as EAMCET, JEE Main, and secure the minimum required cut off marks according to the category.
3. Counseling should be made as per the schedule and the merit rank in order to select the particular engineering college and branch. Campus allocation was done according to the rank obtained while preference to colleges filled.
4. After receiving the allotment confirm the admission by paying their tuition fee either through online or physical mode before the last date. From college, collect Bonafide certificate.
5. On the appointed day, present themselves to the allotted college along with the necessary documents and admission letter in order to go through the admission process.
6. Students who seek the admission in any of the class be it primary, junior or senior must sit for the orientation program and join classes once admission is granted by the principal based on the set standards of eligibility and documents scrutiny.

1. Age limit – There is no upper age limit But, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Passing tests like CAT/MAT/GMAT score as well as work experience is necessary.

3. Shortlisting – In this category eligibility, entrance test, academic performance, and a personal interview is conducted to shortlist candidates.
