DCE Gurgaon is a Private College established in the year 1998 situated at Dronacharya Knowledge City, Gurgaon, Haryana. It came into existence in the year 2009 and is accredited by AICTE and is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak. It is affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak and has been accredited by NAAC Grade A and is ranked 151 under Engineering category of NIRF 2023 rankings. Our institute provide programs for undergraduate and postgraduate in field of engineering and technology as computer science, electronics, mechanical, civil and electrical engineering discipline.
The college provides the following 4-year B.Tech programs: Computer Science, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Civil, Chemical & Bio-chemical and Metallurgical & Materials Engineering. Entry is through passing standardized national or state level tests, usually administered in the senior year of secondary school. There are usually some general admission that start early December of the year. It also provides 2-year M.Tech degrees in Structural Engineering Thermal Engineering CAD/CAM VLSI Design and more specialization. Same is available for students through the application process which begins in the month of May every year.
DCE Gurgaon has always had a very good placement record and most of the prominent engineering companies conduct campus placements for recruiting the students. Some of the major recruiters being Google, Amazon, Samsung, Bosch, Dell, Larsen&Toubro, IBM etc. Building upon the placement trend of previous years it has been observed that for the 2023 batch More than 500 students have been placed with an average package of Rs 6.5 lakhs while the highest package recorded is Rs 43 lakhs. More than one hundred and fifty reputed firms visiting the campus for campus placements include Tata Technologies, Volvo Group, Mindtree, Decathlon, Zomato etc. With regard to placements, the college has maintained 90+ percent placements for the last 5 years, which clearly indicates that the college has good industry interface and the main motive is to make the students employable.
