The college offers undergraduate programs in the field of engineering to students who seek to join GH Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur. The departments of Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering accept JEE Main and MHT CET scores for admission operations. CET, AIEEE exams are also considered to compute the scores to be admitted in the Computer Science department. Finally, MHT CET scores are the entrance criteria for admission as the Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departments require 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The suitability of the program is determined by the JEE Main as well as MHT CET scores of the Chemical Engineering department with at least 45% marks in PCM subjects.
The college provides the BTech courses in Computer Science, IT Electronics and communication engineering, Electrical engineering Mechanical engineering Civil engineering and chemical engineering. It also allow MTech, MCA and MBA courses in CSE, IT, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and many more streams The JEE Main 2024 is conducted in the first week of January and second week of April 2024. MHT CET 2024 examinations are taken in May 2024 Examinations. AIEEE 2024 examination is conducted on the last week of April 2024. For admission to its BTech programs, the students need to register on-line through the college website though the students may get the application form in person also. They only get admitted based on their performance on the national/state level exams such as the JEE Main, MHT CET, and other exams, as well as their previous academic results. The admission process also includes Document Verification, Scrutiny of the Application Form AND Final Merit Based Admission.

Documents Required for Admission in GHRCE Nagpur for Different Courses:
1. Qualifying Exam: One must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of not less than 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
2. Qualifying Exam Marks: Minimum 45% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination, however, the minimum percentage is 40% for SC/ST candidates.
3. Entrance Exams: For the candidates to be considered for admission, they need to have passed the JEE Main or MHT-CET entrance examination. The enrollments are also determined by the results that the candidates have scored in these tests.
4. Selection Process: As per the entrance examination results and qualifying examination along with the number of seats available in the institute, a merit list is prepared. Candidates seeking admissions in B.Tech course are provided the merit list to join the institution according to their rank.
5. Seat Allotment: The information mentioned above helps in the allotment of seats of the candidates through counseling rounds on the basis of the choices of the candidates, their rank in the entrance exam, category, etc. More counseling rounds may be conducted in case the seats are not filled.

3. From this page, you will be able to locate the online application form for the B.Tech course. Finally, complete all the fields on the form in a neat and orderly manner to avoid producing an untidy application form.
4. Scanned physical copies of photograph, signature, educational certificates, etc have to be uploaded in the size and format prescribed.
5. The application fee payment is to be made through online mode via net banking, Credit card or debit card.
1. Valid GATE score: All the candidates should have valid GATE scores in their respective discipline to be considered for admissions into M.Tech courses at GHRCE Nagpur. It is noteworthy that the cutoff marks for those who wish to qualify through GATE are different for different categories.
2. Academic performance: Candidates are selected from the applicants by the GMR Institute by the academic records of the B.Tech/B.E. This includes academic achievement in terms of marks/CGPA scored in graduation along with the marks scored in 10 and 12 standard examination.
3. Personal interview: The final list of selected candidates also has to undergo a personal interview session in the presence of a selection committee at GHRCE Nagpur. The interview evaluates the students on several factors such as, their technical content knowledge and skills in communication and personality.
4. Final merit list: Finally a merit list is prepared by considering GATE scores, academic record of the candidates and their performance in personal interview in respective categories. The distribution of available seating is conducted according to merit, category and number of openings.
