Gyan Ganga College of Technology is a private engineering colleges in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh of India. GGCT was set up in 1998 and is recognised by AICTE and RGPV University, Bhopal. Self-financing college has been accredited by NAAC at ‘A’ Grade and ranked 201-250 among engineering colleges of the country as per NIRF – 2023. The college campus is vast with 25 acres of space and it has all the required amenities like smart classrooms, labs, central library, seminar halls and hostel facility for 1500 students. By being an institution that has taken the philosophy of putting the student first, GGCT aims to achieve the objective of molding a complete student through imparting quality education in academics, grooming and training in sports, participation in co-curricular activities, and vocational training through a career guidance cell.
GGCT has seven B.Tech specialization fields such as computer science, electronics & communication, electrical, mechanical, civil, artificial & data science, and chemical. The course is a 4-year full time course and the Curriculum followed is the RGPV syllabus and academic calendar. There are semester end examinations held normally in Nov/ Dec and April/ May of every academic year. As for the admissions, the admissions for the 2024 batch will begin in May 2023 and it will be through State Level Entrance Test and Centralized Counselling only. Special seats are also available for direct admission through 12th Board percentage but the number of seats in this category is restricted. Bearing in mind the objective of making education affordable and accessible, hostel facilities and scholarships are provided as and when necessary. Companies that recruit the students start coming in for placements drives in July for pre-final year students.
