- Admission is through UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) rank for its undergraduates. The candidates have to initially take UPSEE examination and pass it in order to get admission to the university.
- For B.Tech candidates are selected based on their performance in UPSEE and they must have met the required cut-off marks and ranks of IET Lucknow. It is important to note that the article does not mention an exact cut-off but it does state that it depends on different factors every year.
