Ernakulam based SCMS School of Engineering and Technology offers engineering bachelor degree courses in various streams. Computer Science department currently provides BTech in Computer Science whereby candidates with pass in 12th grade with Physics chemistry and Mathematics or any other equivalent examination like Kerala Higher Secondary can apply. The minimum passing scores in an examination acceptable by the University are JEE Main, KEAM, or the SAT Subject tests. Electronics and communication stream provides BTech in Electronics and communication again, where the 12th grade passing requirements are Physics, Chemistry, Maths. The accepted examinations include JEE, GATE, KEAM, among others. The Electrical & Electronics department provides B.Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree, for which the admissions are taken on the basis of JEE Mains/Advanced, GATE or KEAM. The only criteria that remains unchanged is the academic stream which includes Physics, Chemistry, Maths subjects passed in the 12th standard exams.

- The candidate must have had to qualify in the entrance examination called Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) organized by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.
