VIPS is under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprashta University, which is situated in New Delhi The University offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields like management and commerce, law, mass communication, etc. The eligibility criteria for the programs is as follows: For BBA admission, the candidate must have passed 12th with 50% from a recognized board. BA LLB program requires 45% in 12th, and candidates are admitted based on their CLAT exam scores. It gives admission to BJMC program based on merit in 12th standard to the candidates. MA English program needs 50% in graduation which is in fact a good point because it is quite tough to get 50% in the degree. The institute also takes the national level Exams like CLAT,CAT, MAT etc. as per the course.
VIPS provides BBA, BCom, BA LLB, BJMC, BA English, Under Graduate Programs and MBA, MCom, LLM for the Post Graduate Programs. The areas of coverage are management, commerce, law journalism and humanities in the streams. For the intakes of the batch 2024, the national and state level entrance tests will be conducted from November 2023. Some of the exams includes CAT, MAT, CLAT, DUET etc The exams will held in the period of November 2023 to May 2024. After that, the admission process would likely begin in June 2024 and entail counselling and personal interview stages. It can go till August 2024 before classes for intake 2024-25 are begun. All programmes have finite intake capacity and hence admission is offered based on meeting the laid down requirements, passing cutoffs, submission of essential documents and final selection by the institute’s admission committee.

1. Application Form: You can download it from the VIPS website or can also collect it from the VIPS campus by walking in and applying for the BBA program. As for the remaining details that you will have to provide include personal information, academic information, and so on.
2. Entrance Test: For admission to the BBA program, VIPS offers an entrance test called VET programme. Make sure that you sit for the examination on the agreed date of examination after having registered for it.
3. Acceptance/Merit List: According to the performance of the students in the class 12 exams as well as the entrance test conducted by VIPS, the college will declare the merit list. Review the list and ensure that you are among the selected candidates.
4. Counseling: Candidates who clear the first rounds will be preparing for counseling sessions in which they will be asked to produce relevant documents, select their stream of preference, confirm their seat etc. Do this with all your documents especially the original ones.
5. Admission & Fees: However, if you want to enroll in NAC, after your counseling is done, you can pay the admission fees and the semester fees if any.
6. Enrollment: Lastly, there are some procedures to follow after admission in VIPS, which involves the process of enrollment for the program and then becoming an official student.
