BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration, which is an under graduate course and gives basic information about all the sectors of business and administration. The BBA course mainly takes 3 years of study which is further divided into 6 semesters. Some of the subjects that are covered in the curriculum are; accounting, finance, marketing, human resource, operations, economics, business statistics, business laws etc. Electives give students the opportunity to have an experience in areas such as international business, entrepreneurship, event management among others, which offer domain specificity.
The entrance tests accepted for admission to BBA in different colleges include CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA and state level tests. They also use class 12 scores for admission in many colleges too. The entrance tests and personal interviews are also conducted by some BBA colleges to filter the candidates for the program. For any admission into BBA, the common minimum requirement is to have passed the class 12 in any stream.

1. 10+2 passed in any stream (Science, Commerce or Arts) with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
