CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test which is one of the major examination in India for getting teaching professions in Government schools such as Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas etc. The exam is conducted twice in a year for the purpose of recruit primary and upper primary teachers and organized by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It comprises of two papers, that is, Paper 1 which is for classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 for classes 6 to 8. The exam covers areas such as child development and care, English, communication and IT, the world around us, number and ICT, science and society, and physical education.
CTET exam dates 2024 are still not released by the CBSE; however, by analyzing some previous years’ examination schedule, it is likely to be held at the end of July and December 2024. After the declaration the CTET results the CTET results usually take about 6 weeks after the exams have been written. There is a general category and a reserved category candidates and for the general category one needs to score 60% while for the reserved category one needs to score 55% in the CTET exam. The credibility of the CTET certificate has been enhanced as of recently by the Government of India to a lifetime validity which makes it a relevant test for anyone aspiring to be a teacher.

2. It is good to register with such details as name, email, mobile number etc.
3. Sign in and enter the online application that is accompanied by sections to fill with information.
4. Scan photographs and sign and upload the images of the photograph and sign.
5. Pay application fee online
6. Click on the Download Confirmation Page Button and Print this for any future reference.
