Acharya Nagarjuna University or ANU is a public university situated in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh which was established in 1976. NAAC acredited ANU with grade ‘A’ in the year of 2016.NAAC officially stands for National Assessment and Accreditation Council. As per the NIRF ranking of 2023, ANU is placed in the band of 101-150 in the list of universities in India. These faculties comprise Arts, Commerce & Business Management, Science, Social Sciences, Law, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, and offer under-graduate, post-graduate & Ph.D. programs.
The university has established various departments offering a diverse range of programmes at the Undergraduate, Postgraduate and doctoral level. Some of the courses that are offered include B.Tech, MBA, MCA, BSc, MSc, MA, M.Com, LLB, MBBS, BDS, M.Pharma and Ph.D. It has good library, laboratory, health care and other allied facilities such as computer laboratories and workshops, health center, medical and paramedical services, etc.

Few of the leading recruiters on campus are: Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, Wipro, Cognizant, TATA, L&T etc More than 300 students get placed every year in various companies with average pay scale to fresher’s varying from 3-5 LPA. Regarding the salary structure, the highest salary package that has been provided is of 16 LPA. The success rate of finding jobs after course completion is well over 80% for Engineering as well as Computer application courses.

| Undergraduate (UG) programs |
They should be 10+2 pass or its equivalent examination and must secure minimum 50% marks in total. Certain programs may require other qualifications that are not stated for the general admission process. |
| Postgraduate (PG) programs |
It also requires candidates to possess a relevant UG degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. However, some programs may have other requirements that a student has to meet before qualifying for admission. |
| M.Phil. programs |
For the post of professor the candidate must have a post graduate degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a university. These and other programs may have extra requirements or prerequisites that you must meet to be eligible to receive the program. |
| Ph.D. programs |

The maximum salary paid in the last few years was rupees 18 lakh per annum by MICROSOFT. The remunerations and benefits that are offered include the average salary packages of Rs. 3-4 lakh per annum.
