Currently, AMU offers only one admission cycle, and it is for the academic year 2024. The university posts its examination schedule including examination dates and admission calendar on the website. Candidates joining BA/BSc/BCom programs should apply by May 2023 at the university’s website. They need to sit for the under graduate admission test which will be conducted in June , 2023. Contest results are made known in July 2023. According to the merit list and program preferences filled up in the application forms, students are called to avail the counseling facility. Admission process must have to be terminated before the classes for new academic session 2024-25 starts in the month of August, 2023. The same schedule will be implemented across all streams and programs available for students at the AMU Aligarh campus. For each academic year the university assists the student in admission and offers guidance throughout the process.
For online application, one has to go through the AMU controller Exams admission website through amucontrollerexams.com. They have to register, apply online for the form, attach the documents, and even pay the fees that are associated with application.
